Customers with a Support Subscription or Reseller Subscription can get on-site assistance anywhere in the world as part of that subscription, subject to additional cost. We have provided on-site support to several of our customers all around the world, though most work is remote.

Austin, Texas area - customers with a Support Subscription or Reseller Subscription can get on-site assistance as part of that subscription. Services provided by BSD Perimeter, with staff located in Austin.

Southeast Idaho, Northern Utah, and Jackson Wyoming - SEI Networks, a technology products and services provider, offers on site services in these areas.
